Terms and Conditions

Cancellation or Rescheduling of Appointments: I appreciate that periodically an unforeseen health, or other concern, may necessitate cancelling or rescheduling a session. I anticipate that if you, or I, need to do this we will let the other person know of this as soon as possible.

If I have sufficient notification of this I can allocate your appointment time to someone else.
I reserve the right to stop working with you if you regularly cancel appointments.

If you are cancelling appointments regularly it may mean that this is not the right time for you to be embarking on counselling, or, perhaps another counsellor would suit your needs better than I am. I am most happy to explore this with you to help determine what the issues are that are impacting on attendance, and, options for dealing with these.
